For Sony eReader Users:
To transfer the Sony eReader Version (.lrf) of the eBook to your Sony eReader, you need to have the Reader Library installed first. Reader Library is the content management software you can use with the Reader. Once you have it installed on your computer, you can access the Reader Store from your computer and transfer eBooks, periodicals, audio files and pictures from your computer to the Reader.
If you haven’t done so, you can install Reader Library on your computer from the installation launcher. The installation method varies depending on the computer. Please refer to Sony eReader User Guide for installation instructions.
Once you’ve installed the Reader Library, follow the steps below to import the eReader Version from your computer to Reader Library (for details, please refer to the Reader Library Help):
1. Start Reader Library (if not already started).
2. Click “File” on the menu bar, then click “Import Files.”
3. Select the eBook file
Then transfer it from the Reader Library to the Reader or memory card inserted in the Reader:
1. Start Reader Library (if not already started).
2. Click “Library” in the source view, then click the icon for List View.
3. Select the eBook from the list.
4. Drag it to “Reader” or memory card in the source view.
5. Close Reader Library.
6. Un-mount Sony eReader from your computer.
You should now see the eBook on your Sony eReader.
